These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Loreon, an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform operated by Oleh Yarosh, operating Loreon (“Loreon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Loreon, creating an account, or purchasing any paid feature, subscription, pack, credit, or other digital entitlement, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Loreon.
1. Who we are
Loreon is an AI storytelling and interactive fiction platform that allows users to experience narrative adventures, make story choices, and access digital storytelling features, including paid subscriptions and consumable digital entitlements.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Loreon.
By using Loreon, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 16 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you are using Loreon on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. The service
Loreon provides a web-based interactive storytelling service that may include:
- AI-generated narrative continuations;
- story progression based on user choices;
- digital content, scenarios, and packs;
- subscriptions;
- consumable digital entitlements, including features such as Story Keys and Actions;
- account features, saved progress, and session history.
Loreon is currently offered in early access / beta. This means some features may change, be unavailable, be experimental, or be removed over time.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of Loreon at any time.
4. Accounts
You may need an account to access paid features or certain parts of the service.
You agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your login credentials secure;
- notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
- accept responsibility for activity under your account, unless caused by our failure to provide reasonable security.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, security issues, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Loreon only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- violate any law or regulation;
- use Loreon to generate, request, distribute, or promote illegal content;
- exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors;
- create or distribute content involving child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors;
- engage in hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct;
- use Loreon for fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, malware, spyware, credential theft, or other harmful technical abuse;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or damage the service;
- interfere with security features or access controls;
- use automated means to scrape, extract, or mass-copy content from Loreon except as expressly permitted by us;
- bypass payment mechanisms or access paid features without authorization;
- use Loreon to generate content presented as professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice;
- use Loreon to generate or distribute sexually explicit content if such content is not allowed by the service at the relevant time.
At launch, NSFW / erotic content is not allowed.
We may investigate violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating access, reporting conduct to relevant parties, or taking legal action.
6. User content
“User Content” means content you provide through Loreon, including story choices, prompts, decisions, messages, feedback, session inputs, and related materials.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content.
You grant Loreon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, analyze, display, and use your User Content as necessary to:
- operate the service;
- provide story continuations and related features;
- secure, debug, and maintain the platform;
- enforce these Terms;
- comply with law;
- improve the service in the ways described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have the rights needed to submit your User Content;
- your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights;
- your User Content does not violate these Terms.
7. Generated story content and platform content
Loreon may generate story continuations, responses, or other outputs based on your use of the service.
7.1 Your generated story continuations
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable payment obligations, you may use the generated story continuations provided to you through Loreon for personal use and any other use permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
7.2 Loreon platform content
Loreon and its licensors own all rights in the platform itself, including:
- software;
- code;
- interface design;
- branding;
- trademarks;
- logos;
- site content;
- authored story scenarios, templates, worlds, packs, and narrative materials created by us;
- documentation and other platform materials.
These rights are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Loreon’s platform content without our prior written permission.
8. AI-specific disclaimer
Loreon is an entertainment and creative storytelling service.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, repetitive, or unexpected. You acknowledge that:
- generated content is automatically produced;
- it may not be unique;
- it may resemble or overlap with content generated for other users;
- it should not be relied on as medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use generated content.
9. Subscriptions, packs, Story Keys, and Actions
Loreon may offer paid digital products and services, including:
- monthly subscriptions;
- yearly subscriptions;
- one-time digital entitlements;
- consumable credits or items, including Story Keys and Actions.
Descriptions of current pricing, features, and included entitlements are provided on our website or at checkout.
9.1 Story Keys and Actions
If offered, Story Keys and Actions are digital consumable entitlements used within Loreon. They have no cash value unless required by law and are not redeemable for money.
9.2 Changes to paid offerings
We may change pricing, features, packaging, or availability of subscriptions, packs, Story Keys, or Actions at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect already-completed purchases, except where required for technical, legal, or security reasons.
10. Payments and merchant of record
Payments for Loreon may be processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record for purchases. This means your transaction may be made with Paddle or its group company rather than directly with Loreon.
By making a purchase, you also agree to any applicable checkout or payment terms presented by Paddle at checkout.
We do not store your full payment card details.
11. Subscription billing and renewal
If you purchase a subscription:
- you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge you on a recurring basis;
- your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal;
- renewal may occur monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in immediate termination of access. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings if that option is available.
If self-service cancellation is temporarily unavailable, you may contact support at support@loreon.online.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
13. Refunds
Refund requests for subscription charges must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. For subscriptions, this means within 14 days of the most recent renewal charge.
Refund requests for one-time purchases must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Story Keys, Actions, and other digital consumables are non-refundable once they have been used, consumed, activated, delivered for use, or applied to an account, except where required by law.
Because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and may be subject to Paddle’s review and approval process.

14. Beta and availability disclaimer
Loreon is in early access / beta. You understand and accept that:
- features may change;
- stories or sessions may not always behave as expected;
- service interruptions may occur;
- bugs, errors, or temporary loss of access may happen.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
15. Termination and suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Loreon immediately if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or chargeback abuse;
- your use creates legal, security, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law;
- payment for your subscription or purchase fails and is not resolved.
You may stop using Loreon at any time.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, disputes, and governing law.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loreon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that:
- Loreon will always be available, secure, or error-free;
- generated content will be accurate, useful, lawful, or suitable for your intended purpose;
- Loreon will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loreon and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of Loreon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Loreon and its operator for claims arising out of or related to Loreon will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to Loreon through Paddle for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
18. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loreon and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful or wrongful use of Loreon;
- your User Content;
- your violation of any third-party rights.
19. Privacy
Your use of Loreon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, app, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of Loreon after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be limited by these Terms.
22. Disputes
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@loreon.online and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or your ability to seek relief where required by law.
